Aims and rules of the group

1. The aim of the group is to provide an environment where people in the local community and
   beyond can come together to learn and enjoy the skills of painting and drawing.

2  The group will meet each Friday between 0930 and 1130 or as arranged to suit the members

3  The venue will be the Club House of the Fleming Park Bowling Club, Eastleigh or another venue
   as determined by the members.

4  The members will pay a monthly subscription to cover the rent, demonstrators' fees and
   refreshments.

5  The group's financial year will end on 31 July.

6  An election will take place annually at the end of July to choose a Chairperson and a
   Treasurer.
